Today was my first time visiting Rx Relief. Maggie and Jess were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time using an infrared sauna and cold plunge!! I was educated and encouraged through the entire experience.

Afterwards, I felt amazing! As a somatic trauma therapist, I am always exploring new ways to establish a safe connection with the body; this was it!!! Leaving the wellness room I felt invigorated, refreshed, more alert, and grounded. I am writing this review almost 12 hours later and the effects have not worn off yet. I will definitely be back!
