The Recovery Room is a private wellness space designed to support full-body restoration, physical recovery, and mental recovery through a combination of science-based wellness therapies. This space includes the Far Infrared Sauna Pod, Medical-grade Red Light Therapy, Near Infrared (NIR) Light Therapy, Cold Plunge Therapy, and Oxygen Aromatherapy. Each treatment helps reduce inflammation, boost energy, and encourage overall general wellness in a comfortable and supportive setting.

Every session offers the flexibility to combine one or more therapies. Many guests choose a mix of sauna heat, light-based treatments, and cold immersion for a balanced approach to recovery. Our trained staff can help tailor the combination according to your comfort level and wellness goals.

How Long is a Session?

Most sessions range between 45 and 60 minutes for individuals, while couples’ sessions last about 90 minutes. The duration may vary depending on the therapies you choose and your personal pace.

Can Two People Use the Room Together?

Two people can enjoy the Recovery Room together for a shared, rejuvenating experience. It’s the perfect way to relax, recharge, and connect while each person enjoys their own personalized recovery session.

Is This Safe for People with Health Conditions?

Many people enjoy these therapies without concern, but those with cardiovascular concerns, temperature sensitivity, or implanted devices should speak with a licensed physician before use.

Recovery Room 60 Minutes (Single)

A 60-minute private session designed to promote relaxation, recovery, and vitality. This combination of therapies works to support circulation, ease stiffness, and encourage recovery after exercise or daily stress.

Far Infrared Sauna Pod

Leaving the wellness room I felt invigorated, refreshed, more alert, and grounded. I am writing this review almost 12 hours later and the effects have not worn off yet. I will definitely be back!

Is the therapy safe?

What does it feel like inside the chamber?
